JED-CONFRA GHANA LTD, registration number CS557152015, of 45CZ Sonitra Road, Ga Odumase, Ga West District, Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana, is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. Enquiries about this notice may be sent to info@jedconfra.com.

No advertising trackers. No analytics scripts. No social embeds. No cookies set by us. Personal data reaches us only when you submit one of our two forms.

Enquiry form: name, organisation, email, telephone, country, enquiry type and your message.
Application form: name, telephone, email, location, function, years of experience, any link you supply, your message and the CV file you upload.

Our host processes standard technical request data, including IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

Both forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA so that automated submissions do not reach us. This is the one third-party service on the site and it runs only on the contact and careers pages. When you load either page, reCAPTCHA is served by Google, sets cookies in your browser and processes technical signals including your IP address and your interaction with the page, in order to decide whether you are a person. That processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms. If you would rather not use it, telephone the numbers published on the contact page, or write to info@jedconfra.com directly. Every other page on this site loads nothing from Google or from anyone else.

Your CV and application details are used to assess your application for a role with JED-CONFRA GHANA LTD and for nothing else. We do not sell them, we do not pass them to recruitment agencies, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Applications are held for twelve months and then deleted, so that we can come back to you when a suitable seat opens. Ask us to delete your application sooner and we will do it, without asking you why. Write to info@jedconfra.com.

To respond to your enquiry, to carry out counterparty due diligence where a business relationship is contemplated, and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to a business dealing in precious minerals, including obligations arising under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2020 (Act 1044) and conditions attaching to any licence we hold. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

General enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept no longer than is needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up. Job applications are kept twelve months. Records that form part of a transaction file are kept at least five years, and longer where a law or a licence condition requires it.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We disclose personal data to our professional advisers where necessary, to service providers who process it on our instructions, and to a regulator, supervisory body or law enforcement agency where we are required or lawfully permitted to do so, including the Ghana Gold Board, the Financial Intelligence Centre and the Bank of Ghana in their respective roles.

This website is hosted on a content delivery network with infrastructure outside Ghana, so form submissions, uploaded CVs and technical request data may be processed outside the country. Google reCAPTCHA also processes verification data outside Ghana. We use providers that apply recognised security and confidentiality safeguards to that processing.

Under Act 843 you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, object to processing in defined circumstances, and ask us to erase data we no longer have a lawful basis to keep. Write to info@jedconfra.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

This site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security, a restrictive content security policy and framing disabled. Pages without a form load no third-party code at all. Report a suspected vulnerability to the address in our security.txt file. Please report privately, and please do not run tests that degrade the service or affect other users.
